PRETZEL PREPARATION & STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS:

Long term: Keep Frozen until intended day of use / Store at or below 32 °F / Do not defrost and refreeze / Frozen Shelf life of 1 month / Thaw pretzels at room temperature for 30-45 minutes / Thaw in single layers / Once thawed pretzels may be refrigerated


Short term storage: Under refrigeration, Pretzels should remain loosely packed / Covered in sealed storage containers / Refrigerated Shelf life 5-7 days


Day of storage: Room temperature / Single layered / Unused pretzels can be refrigerated with the intention of immediate use of the next service

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Pre-heat oven to 375 F°- 400 F°.

2. Thaw pretzels at room temperature. 

3. On a wire rack-lined sheet tray, brush pretzel with melted butter (or spray with water/beer) 

4. Evenly sprinkle pretzel salt (approximately 1 -2 tsp.) 

5. Bake on sheet tray, 45-60 seconds / For crispier pretzels bake directly on oven rack / Do not reheat
